Media, Pennsylvania is affectionately known as “Everybody’s Hometown”. It’s a welcoming community that is located about thirty minutes outside of Philadelphia and a short drive to both the shore and the mountains.In 2023, Carol Arscott of Carol Arscott Photography joined professional photographers around the globe to make a difference for pets in need with 'Tails of the World'. This unique collaborative project celebrates dogs with an annual coffee table book and our latest volume has raised over $65,000 for animal rescue! Carol raised $1000 for Rylie's Rescue, by photographing ten shoots around Media, Pennsylvania USA.

As a rescue photographer, Carol has dedicated her life to capturing images that tell a story of hope and courage. She has a keen eye for detail and an innate ability to capture the essence of a moment. Her passion for photography was sparked by her love for animals, and she has made it her mission to use her talent to raise awareness about animal rescue efforts. Fundraising is the cornerstone of Carol's pet photography business. In addition to her portrait business, Carol also mentors other pet photographers. She is truly blessed to be able to run a business doing what she loves, while also helping animals in need.
